Azerbaijan sees about 18% growth in oil refining

In January-August of this year, 4.2 million tons of oil were refined in Azerbaijan, up 300,000 tons, or 7.7%, from the previous year, said the operative data of the Ministry of Energy for January-August, Report informs.
