Azerbaijan posts over 2.6% growth in gas production

Azerbaijan produced 16.2 billion cubic meters of gas in January-April 2023, up 2.6% or 411 million cubic meters from a year earlier, Report informs, citing the Energy Ministry.
Of this, 4.4 billion cubic meters were extracted from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields, 8.8 billion cubic meters from Shah Deniz, and 3 billion cubic meters by SOCAR.
