Azerbaijan more than doubles gas imports from Turkmenistan

In January of this year, Azerbaijan imported 161,309,350 cubic meters of natural gas worth $ 24,196,400 from Turkmenistan, respectively, 96,913,010 cubic meters (2.5 times) and $ 15,180,910 (2.7 times) more than a year earlier, Report informs, referring to the State Statistical Committee.
In January of this year, Azerbaijan imported all volumes of natural gas from Turkmenistan. This indicator is 150,638.93 tons, or 48.3%, less than the previous year. In terms of amount, the value of the total volumes of oil imported into the country is $30,616,200, or 2.3 times, less compared to the year.
