Azerbaijan more than doubles exports of petroleum coke

Azerbaijan exported 157,143.7 tons of petroleum coke worth $45,445,400 in January-May 2023, up 2.3-fold and 3.5-fold, respectively, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.
During the reporting period, the share of petroleum coke in the country's total exports amounted to 0.25%.
In January-May 2023, Azerbaijan carried out trade operations with foreign countries in the amount of $26.166 million. Exports made up $17.968 million, while imports constituted $8.198 million.
