World to witness first lunar eclipse next week

Astronomy enthusiasts will witness the first lunar eclipse of 2021 on May 26.
According to Report, the total lunar eclipse will start at 13:44:57 Baku time and end at 16:52:23.
The maximum eclipse will be at 15:18:42 and last 3 hours and 8 minutes. East Asia, Australia, America, and the Pacific Ocean will observe the eclipse. However, Azerbaijan can not follow this natural phenomenon due to the fact that the Moon is below the horizon during the eclipse.
This year will see two lunar eclipses. The second eclipse will take place on November 19.
