Universities and companies to develop programs in line with labor market

In Azerbaijan, universities and employers will jointly develop educational programs that meet the demands of the labor market.

According to Report, this issue was discussed at a meeting of the commission under the Ministry of Science and Education.

Deputy Minister Idris Isayev emphasized that changes in the labor market require adaptation of the workforce training system.

According to him, employers should actively participate in the development of new programs.

During the meeting, it was noted that working groups, consisting of representatives from universities and businesses, will submit the final list of master's specialties to the ministry and develop corresponding curricula.
