Karabakh and Kirkuk universities may conduct student exchange

Karabakh University in Azerbaijan and the University of Kirkuk in Iraq may conduct student exchange, Chairman of the Turkmen Academicians Organization, Nabil Shaheen Kifrili, said at the "Looking to the Future: New Opportunities and Initiatives" panel discussion held on March 18 in Baku within the framework of the "Turkmen Heritage: Solidarity of Civil Societies" forum, Report informs.
According to Shaheen Kifrili, a verbal agreement was reached with the rector of Karabakh University in this regard:
"I have held talks with the Iraqi ambassador to Azerbaijan on this matter. It has been agreed to conduct student exchange between Karabakh and Kirkuk universities. I hope the result will be positive."
