Emin Amrullayev: Conditions were not easy for teachers and students

"Students have applied for more than 4 million e-textbooks. In these cases, the students from low-income families are affected most. The situation was not so easy for teachers and students," Education Minister Emin Amrullayev said at a briefing on the organization of classes at educational institutions during the special quarantine regime, Report quotes.
"During this period, we observed positive dynamics in students' independent learning skills, and hope that such a tendency has taken place, " the minister added.
