Weather will be unstable: lightning, rain and hail predicted in Azerbaijan - WARNING

Baku. 22 May. REPORT.AZ/ Weather forecast in Azerbaijan for tomorrow was announced.

Report was informed in the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, on May 23, weather will be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy and mainly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula. Mist will be observed on some places. North-west wind will replace south wind in the evening and intensify occasionally.

The temperature on Absheron peninsula will be 14-17 C at night, 22-27 C in daytime, in Baku 14-16 C at night, 23-25 C in daytime.

The atmospheric pressure will be 757 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 75-85 % at night and 60-70 % in daytime.

The weather will be mainly rainless in Azerbaijani regions. Fog will be observed on some places in the morning. Lightning and intermittent rain is expected in the northern and western regions in the daytime. Hail predicted. West wind will occasionally intensify on some places.

The temperature will be 12-17 C at night, 25-30  in daytime, in mountains 5-10 C at night, 12-17 C in daytime.

The ministry warns, the weather will be unstable in the northern and western regions starting from May 23 evening till 25 daytime, lightning and intermittent rain is expected. Rain will intensify on some places, hail also predicted. West wind will occasionally intensify on some places. 

River water level is expected to rise.
