Deputy Director of the National Environmental Monitoring Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Matanat Avazova told Report that, dusty weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula this morning is caused by strong north-west wind blows the since morning. Strong north-west wind (18-25 m / sec) entered the country today. "The highest temperature in the last 120 years has been recorded in the country yesterday. In general, dry weather in Baku and Absheron peninsula, high air temperatures caused the formation of local dust".
