MENR: Air temperature will gradually drop by 4-6 C - WARNING

Baku. 4 July. REPORT.AZ/ After a couple of abnormal hot days north-western wind will be intensifying in Baku and Absheron peninsula starting from July 5 evening till July 9.

Report was informed in the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

Thus, air temperature will gradually drop by 4-6 C.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, on July 5, the western wind will be intensifying in some places, lightning and rainfall predicted in some northern and western regions. Showers and hail expected in some places. Temperature will drop by 3-5 C.

Water levels in some rivers will increase and short-term floods may occur.
