Azerbaijani Ecology Minister participates in forest restoration efforts

Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev took part in forest restoration activities held in Yevlakh and Aghdash districts, Report informs.

Along with the minister, officials from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, District Executive Powers, Forest Development Service, and regional ecological departments participated in the forest restoration activities.

The restoration efforts, held today on forest fund lands in Yevlakh and Aghdash, covered the country's territory extensively. In Yevlakh, the minister participated in revitalizing areas previously affected by pests and diseases, while in Aghdash, he joined a tree-planting campaign.
