Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Ministers Yalchin Rafiyev and Samir Sharifov have been awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, reads an order by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev conferring diplomatic ranks on diplomatic service employees, Report informs.
