The State Flag of Azerbaijan was raised in the city of Lachin.

The Commander of the Army Corps, Major General Kanan Seyidov reported to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, President Ilham Aliyev, about the deployment of the Azerbaijani Army to the city of Lachin.

Report informs that it says:

"Respected President! Mr. Victorious Commander-in-Chief! According to your order, the Azerbaijani Army took full control of the city of Lachin, the settlements of Zabukh and Sus.
