The Social Research Center (SRC) has published the results of the exit poll conducted on September 1 during the snap parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The director of the Center, Natalya Isayeva, said at a press conference on Sunday that voter surveys were conducted at 150 polling stations in 75 constituencies, and 136,520 voters took part in the exit poll.
According to preliminary results, the ruling party of Azerbaijan (YAP) has won the majority of the seats in the parliament.
According to the SRC exit poll, the New Azerbaijan Party won a confident victory, receiving the largest number of votes in 45 constituencies [out of 75 constituencies where the survey was conducted], which is 60% of the total number of constituencies where the survey was conducted.
