Speaker of Russia's Federation Council pays tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev

A Russian delegation led by Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly, visited the Alley of Honors in Baku to pay tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the architect and founder of the modern and independent Azerbaijani state, and laid a wreath at his tomb, Report informs.

They also placed flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
