Sahiba Gafarova: Ilham Aliyev continues historical mission started by national leader

President Ilham Aliyev continues the historical mission started by National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the Speaker of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament) Sahiba Gafarova, said during today's meeting of the extraordinary session of the parliament, while speaking about the anniversary of Heydar Aliyev's appointment as the leader of Azerbaijan on July 14, 1969.

Gafarova noted that Azerbaijan has become an influential state in the wide geography of the world.

"President Ilham Aliyev's policy will bring success to the Azerbaijani state and people in the coming periods, as it has been until now," the speaker added.
