President, First Lady attend opening of Training and Service Complex

A newly built Training and Service Complex was inaugurated in the Bina settlement of Baku's Khazar district on January 27 on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Report informs that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening ceremony.
