Over recent years, cold storage facilities with a capacity of 400,000 tons have been created in Azerbaijan, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said today at a meeting dedicated to agricultural issues, Report informs.
"Now imagine what would have happened if this did not exist. Here too, the absolute majority of them were established through concessional, low-interest loans. However, our cold storage warehouse capacity must reach 500,000 tons. Therefore, additional cold storage infrastructure with a capacity of 100,000 tons must be created," President Ilham Aliyev said.
