Over 89,000 local observers registered for presidential elections in Azerbaijan

89,366 local observers have registered for the presidential elections in Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said, Report informs.
He said that 5,405 of them were registered with the CEC and 83,961 with the constituencies.
