Steps to improve the health of Armenian prisoners of war in Azerbaijan are based on the principle of humanism, Azerbaijan's Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsperson) Sabina Aliyeva said.
Report informs that, according to her, Armenia still does not provide information about seven people missing during the Second Karabakh War.
