The voter turnout in Azerbaijan's snap parliamentary elections has been announced at a press conference held at the Election Information Center of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Report informs.
CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov noted that 37.27 percent (2,196,771 million people) used their right to vote. After the voting ended at 19:00, 5,895 polling stations submitted their protocols to the CEC.

Azerbaijan has a total of 6,421,960 registered voters, and 6,478 polling stations have been set up nationwide, including 54 in the territories liberated from occupation.
