Madat Guliyev appointed Minister of Defense Industry of Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on releasing Madat Guliyev from the position of the Head of the State Security Service under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Madat Guliyev has been appointed Minister of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan by another decree of the Head of State.
