Madat Guliyev appointed First Deputy Minister of National Security of Azerbaijan

Baku. 20 October. REPORT.AZ/ President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on appointment of Madat Guliyev as a first deputy minister of national security of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Report informs, Madat Ghazanfar ogly Guliyev was appointed as the First Deputy Minister of National Security of Azerbaijan.
