Baku. 21 May. REPORT.AZ/ List of prisoners who had positive references to their appeals at the meetings of Pardon Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan was submitted to President Ilham Aliyev.
Report informs, 1100 prisoners are listed on the recommendation list.
The head of state is expected to sign an amnesty decree in the coming days.
