Landmine training conducted for 1,110 farmers to be relocated to Karabakh’s grasslands

Landmine training was conducted for 1,110 farmers who will move to the grasslands located in the liberated territories.

Report informs that the trainings were conducted by the trainers of the International Eurasia Press Fund with the support of the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) at the request of the Ministry of Agriculture.

During the 2-day awareness training in Ganja, the participants were given information about signs of suspicious areas, rules of behavior in dangerous areas, and warning signs. Also, farmers are urged to be more disciplined, responsible and vigilant in following safety rules. Instructions are given not to enter areas where they are not sure of their safety and not to touch suspicious objects.
