Installation of GPS device has been compulsory in Baku

Baku. 6 March. REPORT.AZ/ Report informs that it was reflected "Requirements on buses and taxi cars used in passenger traffic in Baku, their drivers, suppliers engaged in passenger transportation, transportation exchange centers, bus stops and parking lots for taxis".
According to the rules, taxi cars should be equipped with a Global Positioning System (GPS) device designed to monitor trucks and their movement and integrated into the centralized system defined by Baku Transport Agency.
Notably, taxis must comply with at least the "euro-4" ecological standards.
