Ilham Aliyev appoints new head of Defense Affairs Department of Presidential Administration

Farid Mirmufid oghlu Seyidov was appointed Head of the Defense Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration following an order by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
