CEC chairman: No one is immune to negative situations in elections

As millions of people participate in elections, no one is immune to negative situations, Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission (CEC), said at a meeting dedicated to equal opportunities for pre-election campaigning and the basics of media entities' activities during the elections to the Milli Majlis.

According to Report, Panahov emphasized that media representatives should objectively cover the elections, including any possible violations.

"The media's duty is above any of us," he stressed.
