Baku City Executive Power responds to appeal from National Council

Baku City Executive Power has responded to the National Council's appeal on holding the rally.
Report informs that the appeal was considered in the city Executive Power.
It was agreed to hold a rally on October 19 from 15: 00 to 17: 00 at the Garadagh training and sports base of Neftchi sports club located in the village of Lokbatan.
