Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: Recent statements by Armenian leadership nullified previous ones

Recent statements and actions by the Armenian leadership have nullified their previous statements, Report informs.

The statement was made at a briefing for the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan, held on September 18 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the participation of Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev, Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for Special Assignments Elchin Amirbayov and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Fariz Rzayev.

It was noted that the “congratulatory letter” sent by the prime minister of Armenia on the occasion of the anniversary of the creation of the illegal separatist regime on the territory of Azerbaijan once again proved the insincerity of statements previously made by Armenia on recognizing the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
