Azerbaijani exclave Nakhchivan gets new interior minister

The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has got a new interior minister, Report informs, citing a relevant decree by Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of Nakhchivan Vasif Talibov.
Under the decree, Police Colonel Rashad Ismayilov was appointed to this position.
Zahid Gozalov was appointed deputy interior minister of the autonomous republic.
