Azerbaijan creating Agdere district

Agdere district is being created in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The Azerbaijani parliament has received a corresponding bill.
According to the bill, Agdere district is formed from parts of the territories of Kalbajar, Tartar and Aghdam districts.
