The second group of Diaspora representatives in Azerbaijan, organized by the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora, is already in Shusha.
During the one-day visit under the slogan 'We are in Shusha by the power of an iron fist', representatives of the Diaspora visited the historical and architectural pearls of the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, the square of the "Shot Statues" subjected to Armenian vandalism, the place where the Shusha Declaration was signed, Ganja Gate - one of the three main gates of Shusha fortress, Saatli, Ashagi and Yukhari Govhar aga mosques, Mehmandarov's house, Khurshidbanu Natavan's house, Jidir plain, and other historical places.
Diaspora members are informed in detail about the reconstruction work carried out in Shusha and other parts of Karabakh.
Azerbaijanis living abroad waved the large Azerbaijani flag on the Jidir Plain.
On July 27, the Committee organized the first visit of Diaspora representatives to Shusha, which aroused great interest. About 100 Diaspora representatives from 26 countries are taking part in the second visit of Azerbaijani Diaspora representatives to Karabakh.
