The Embassy of Japan has organized a master class in Baku on making traditional Japanese sweets, Report informs.

Well-known confectioner Takayuki Maeda, invited from Japan, acquainted the guests of the event with the secrets of making nerikiri cakes.

Takayuki Maeda is the pâtissier at the famous Housen Confectionery, which has been operating for over 90 years in the Sakai district of Osaka, Japan. He has worked as a traditional Japanese pastry chef in South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam and other foreign countries.
