Agency: Armenians attempted to appropriate compositions performed by Shovkat Alakparova

The Intellectual Property Agency of Azerbaijan has prevented another attempt by Armenians to appropriate famous Azerbaijani compositions performed by legendary people's artist Shovkat Alakparova.

According to Report, the compositions in question are "Töhfə", "Getmə amandır", "Yavaş-yavaş" and "Bayram şamları", which were posted on YouTube platform labeled as "Armenian Music".

The management of the deceased singer's property rights on YouTube is carried out by the Baku company "Mikpro".

As a result of measures taken in cooperation with the company, all four videos posted on the "BehrooZ Abshar" channel that violated Shovket Alekperova's rights were removed from YouTube.

It should be noted that a few days earlier, the composition "Yar gəldi yar" performed by Shovkat Alakparova was also removed from the "BehrooZ Abshar" channel.
