Adil Karimli: Serious reforms underway in cultural sphere

Serious reforms are currently being carried out in the cultural sphere in Azerbaijan, including personnel changes, Minister of Culture Adil Karimli said, according to Report.

"Personnel reforms are aimed at eliminating gaps and shortcomings in management, training of professional personnel and their appointment to positions. In addition, special attention is paid to improving the quality of education in music and art schools," the minister noted.
