Speaker of Albanian Parliament arrives in Azerbaijan

Elisa Spiropali, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, arrived in Azerbaijan on Friday to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, Report informs.

At Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Albanian Speaker was welcomed by Azerbaijani MP Parvana Valiyeva, along with other officials.

On November 16-17, Baku will host a Parliamentary Meeting as part of COP29. Co-organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the event will welcome 92 delegations from 66 countries and international organizations.
