Diplomat: COP29 is great opportunity to expand cooperation with Azerbaijan

COP29 is a great opportunity to expand the cooperation between Israel and Azerbaijan on the issues of climate change, Deputy Ambassador of the State of Israel in Azerbaijan Yoav Bistritsky said on X, Report informs.

“Yesterday, we joined an online experts meeting from both countries to discuss the similar challenges of desertification and possible solutions based on technology and innovative policies,” the diplomat said.

Bistritsky added that with the COP29 presidency, they agreed to promote joint side events during the summit that will take place this year in Baku.
