COP29 will build momentum for tackling methane emissions, head of the International Energy Agency Fatih Birol said, according to Report.
"Pleased to open this morning's IEA-COP29 High Level Event on Turning Methane Pledges into Action with COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev. Excellent discussions on how government & industry initiatives are tackling methane emissions, and how COP29 can build momentum," he said on X.
