Azerbaijani Minister, UN Deputy Secretary-General discuss progress made at COP29

Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, President of COP29 Mukhtar Babayev has met with UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed at the Africa Energy Summit, the COP29 wrote on X, Report informs.

“Today at the Africa Energy Summit, COP29 President Mukhtar Babayev held a bilateral meeting with United Nations Deputy-Secretary General Ms Amina Mohammed. Here the two leaders discussed the progress made at COP29, and the need for further cross-border collaboration to consolidate the achievements made in Baku,” reads the post.
