Azerbaijan and Moldova mull co-op in green energy supply and investment

Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with Moldova's Minister of Energy Victor Parlicov on the sidelines of COP29, where the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in several areas.

According to Report, the Ministry of Economy said that the sides discussed the current state and development of bilateral economic relations, emphasized the importance of expanding the use of alternative energy sources, promoting sustainable economy, and forming business strategies in accordance with geo-economic requirements.

During the meeting, the ministers reviewed existing opportunities to improve the efficiency of economic ties and prospects for joint activities in the fields of industry, energy, and transport.

They also exchanged views on green energy export opportunities and investment promotion.
