Tesla CEO Elon Musk remains at the top of the list of the richest people. Thus, his fortune exceeded the $250 billion mark against the background of active growth in the value of the company's shares.
Musk's fortune has increased by $3.9 billion over the past 24 hours to reach $252 billion, Report informs, citing Bloomberg.
Second comes Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, whose wealth totals $193 billion.
The price of Tesla securities at the end of trading on Friday rose 1.75%, to a record $909.68. On Monday, the company's shares continued to rise in price. The cost of one share increased by 5.64%, reaching almost $961. Thus, Tesla's capitalization exceeded $900 billion.
