State standards on precious metals and precious stones approved

Based on the latest versions of international standards for the establishment of quality criteria for jewelry produced and sold in Azerbaijan, state standards AZS ISO 9202: 2021 "Jewelry and precious metals" and "Hallmarks of alloys of precious metals" and AZS ISO 18323: 2021 "Jewelry - consumer confidence in the diamond industry" were approved, State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Market Control under the Ministry of Economy told Report.
The standards were approved by the Azerbaijan Standardization Institute (AZSTAND) under the State Service based on the presentation of the Technical Committee for Standardization and included in the State Fund of normative documents on standardization.
