SOCAR’s Marketing and Economic Operations Department remains leader among state-owned non-oil exporters

The Export Review of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication for January-June has released the ranking of main non-oil exporting subjects.

Report informs that the list of state non-oil exporting subjects in January-June was headed by SOCAR’s Marketing and Economic Operations Department.

Export on non-oil sector amounted to $192 million in the reporting period, up $13 million or 7% from the previous year.

Most of goods were exported to Russia ($93.8 million), Turkey ($32.5 million), Switzerland ($14.7 million), Georgia ($8.4 million) and Ukraine ($5.7 million).

The list also includes Azerenergy JSC, Azeraluminium LLC, Azergold CJSC, Azerpambig Agro Industrial Complex LLC, AZAL, CTS-Agro LLC, Azertutun Agro Industrial Complex, State Material Reserves Agency, Baku Petroleum Machine-Building Plant.

The top ten non-state non-oil exporting subjects include SOCAR Polymer, MKT Production Commercial LLC, "Nine Climate" LLC, "Global Export Fruits" LLC, Caspian Energy LLC, P-Agro LLC, Baku Steel Company LLC, Sun Food LLC and Food Export Shamkir LLC. Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited (AIMC) headed the list in June.
