Sausage output in Azerbaijan up over 12%

In January–May of 2026, Azerbaijan produced just under 13,460 tons of sausage products, marking a 12.2% increase year-on-year, Report informs, referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.

As of June 1, the country had 26.6 tons of finished product in stock, down 43.3 percent from a year earlier.

Over the course of five months, Azerbaijan"s food production totaled nearly 2.256 billion manats (approximately $1.38 billion), an increase of 10.7% compared to the corresponding period in 2025.
