Excelsior Hotel LLC is being reorganized, Report informs, citing the Vergilar newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the information, Excelsior Hotel Emlak LLC is being created on the basis of the company.
Excelsior Hotel was established in 2019. Its authorized capital is AZN712,000.
