Putin: Trade turnover between Russia and Azerbaijan increased by 13%

The trade turnover between Russia and Azerbaijan increased by 13% in the first half of 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Report informs.
“Regarding the commercial and economic interaction, a positive trend is observed in our relations and the trade turnover exceeds $4 billion. Russia's direct investments in the economy of Azerbaijan amount to $4.5 billion. In the first half of the year, the trend in this regard is good: 13% growth,” he said.
