President approves amendments to Tax Code

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved the law "On Amendments to the Tax Code" adopted by Milli Majlis on December 16.

According to Report, the changes include VAT exemption for sales of locally produced buses, import tax exemption for renewable energy project equipment, road tax exemption for transit cargo transported by rail, 50% VAT refund on tickets to cultural institutions, and other amendments.
