Nearly 200 SMEs received startup certificates in Azerbaijan to date

In Azerbaijan, 199 SME representatives have received startup certificates to date, Report informs, citing the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA).
At the following meeting of the Council of Experts at KOBIA, nine applications from SMEs were considered, seven of which were approved.
The Green Public online platform, the Lumusoft online marketplace, the Self Tech company, the U and R Company online platform, the Azari online platform, as well as individual entrepreneurs Gunay Aliyeva and Javid Jabbarov, received certificates.
The startup certificate exempts SMEs from income tax on innovation activities for a period of three years from the date of receipt of the certificate.
